Flowers in Pastel

The artistry of “seeing beyond” my flower becomes more exciting in macro photography. It becomes a gradual dissection of petal by petal and softly, my subject becomes a swirl of shades and muffled edges. In experimenting with what I want in focus, shapes and colors emerge into an intermingling of hushed forms. Water droplets exquisitely glisten on my flower petals while the edges define themselves against the soft background of pastel tones.
