It was mass confusion in earth tones and brightly colored tails as the Bohemian Waxwings lifted off. My brain was in slow motion along with my slow shutter speed.

“AAgghhh ….I missed the shot” I thought. Upon viewing the LCD screen, flashes and splashes of wing patterns and colors mesmerized me. The idea for my “Artistry of Feathers and Flight” became obvious as seen with my Bohemian Waxwings in Creative Expressionistic & Impressionistic style. My photographic expressionism seeks to evoke & arouse emotions within the viewer.
